1.1.YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT BY ORDERING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1.2.BY PLACING AN ORDER AT "TOKS VISOKS", YOU WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD OR HAVE PARENTS' PERMISSION TO BUY FROM US, AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS WHICH SHALL APPLY TO ALL ORDERS PLACED OR TO BE PLACED AT "TOKS VISOKS FOR THE SALE AND SUPPLY OF ANY PRODUCTS. NONE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS EFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. 

1.3.NO OTHER TERMS OR CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS SHALL BE BINDING UNLESS AGREED IN WRITING SIGNED BY US.

 

▶︎ PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

2.1.IN ORDER TO COMPLETE A PURCHASE IN "TOKS VISOKS" E-SHOP, CUSTOMER PROVIDE FULL REQUIRED PERSONAL INFORMATION: NAME, SURNAME, ADDRESS AND E-MAIL. 

2.2. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE OF PROVIDING CORRECT PERSONAL DATA TO THE SELLER.

2.3. ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US WITH OR THAT WE OBTAIN WILL BE HANDLED BY "TOKS VISOKS" RESPONSIBLY. THE PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL BE USED TO ENSURE DELIVERIES, RECEIVING PAYMENTS, AND PROVIDING INFORMATION ON YOUR PAYMENT AND DELIVERY STATUS.  

2.4.THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY TO "TOKS VISOKS" AND WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES.

2.5.YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECT THE INFORMATION HELD ABOUT YOU. YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST "TOKS VISOKS" TO DELETE OR CORRECT THE INFORMATION HELD ABOUT YOU. 

 

▶︎ CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND DUTIES

 

3.1.CUSTOMER IS OBLIGED TO PAY THE SET PRICE OF ITEM(S) AND RECEIVE ORDERED GOODS.

3.2.CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING FULL AND CORRECT INFORMATION WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. IF THE PROVIDED INFORMATION IS INCORRECT, FALSE OR MISLEADING, "TOKS VISOKS" HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND DELETE SUCH INFORMATION.

3.3.CUSTOMER HAS TO INFORM SELLER ABOUT ANY MISTAKES OR CHANGES OF PERSONAL DATA, DURING ORDERING PROCESS. 

3.4. BY ACCEPTING "TOKS VISOKS" CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO ALL ABOVE.

 

▶︎ SELLER RIGHTS AND DUTIES

 

4.1.SELLER IS OBLIGED TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH PROPER E-SHOP SERVICE.  

4.2. IF CUSTOMER TRIES TO HARM OR DESTABILISE E-SHOP OPERATIONS OR SAFETY, OR VIOLATES CUSTOMER DUTIES, SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO RESTRICT OR REMOVE CUSTOMER ACCESS FROM E-SHOP SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A NOTICE.    

4.3.ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER IS HANDLED BY "TOKS VISOKS AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO ANY THIRD PARTIES.

4.4. SELLER IS OBLIGATED TO SAFELY PACKAGE AND DELIVER ORDER ACCORDING TO PRECISE INFORMATION GIVEN BY THE CUSTOMER WHEN PLACING AN ORDER.

4.5.THE SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO TEMPORARY STOP OR PERMANENT E-SHOP ACTIVITY WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.

4.6.SELLER CAN UNILATERALLY CHANGE THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

 

▶︎ ORDER AND PAYMENT

 

5.1."TOKS VISOKS" E-SHOP IS ACTIVE 7 DAYS A WEEK, 24 HOURS A DAY.

5.2.ALL THE PRICES ARE SET IN EUROS.  THE FINAL PRICE OF THE ORDER IS THAT  SET AT THE DATE OF THE ORDER. PLEASE, MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST. PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCAL CHARGES (SALES TAX, CUSTOMS DUTY) MAY OCCUR, DEPENDING ON YOUR REGION AND LOCAL CUSTOMS DUTIES. THESE CHARGES ARE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.

5.3.ALL TRANSFERS CONDUCTED THROUGH "TOKS VISOKS" ARE HANDLED AND TRANSACTED THROUGH THIRD PARTY DEDICATED GATEWAYS TO GUARANTEE YOUR PROTECTION. CARD INFORMATION IS NOT STORED AND ALL CARD INFORMATION IS HANDLED OVER SSL ENCRYPTION. PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE PAYMENT GATEWAY CHOSEN FOR THE TRANSACTION AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRANSACTIONS MADE.

5.4.PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, OTHERWISE, ORDER IS CANCELLED. ALL PRODUCTS REMAIN "TOKS VISOKS" PROPERTY UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS MADE. 

 

▶︎ DELIVERY

 

6.1.CUSTOMER PROVIDES CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS.

6.2.CUSTOMER IS OBLIGED TO RECEIVE AND ACCEPT ITEM IN PERSON. IN CASE CUSTOMER CAN NOT ACCEPT AN ORDER DELIVERED TO THE PROVIDED DELIVERY ADDRESS, CUSTOMER CAN HOLD NO COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SELLER ABOUT THE MISHANDLING OF THE PACKAGE.

6.3.EEVERY ORDER SHIPPS WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PAYMENT.

6.4.IF THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING THE SHIPPING, CUSTOMER SHOULD IMMEDIATELY REPORT TO "TOKS VISOKS.

6.5.CUSTOMER IS KINDLY ASKED TO PROVIDE "TOKS VISOKS" WITH PHOTOS OF DAMAGED PACKAGE VIA E-MAIL LABAS@TOKSVISOKS.LT

 

▶︎ QUALITY AND GUARANTEE

 

7.1.ALL THE ITEMS ON "TOKS VISOKS" E-SHOP HAVE INDIVIDUAL EXPLICIT DESCRIPTION.

7.2.QUANTITY OR COLOR OF THE ITEMS MAY SLIGHTLY DIFFER FROM THE ITEMS REPRESENTED IN THE PHOTOS, DEPENDING ON DEVICE YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER ON.

8.2."TOKS VISOKS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND ANY INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PRICES, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS OF PURCHASE AND PRODUCT OFFERINGS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. 

8.3.FOR ALL INQUIRES, QUESTIONS AND FEEDBACK CONTACT INFORMATION COULD BE FOUND IN SECTION “CONTACTS”.

8.4.SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF SENT INFORMATION DOES NOT REACH RECIPIENT DUE TO INTERNET CONNECTION OR PERSONAL E-MAIL SERVICE PROBLEMS, IF MESSAGE GOES TO “SPAM” SECTION OR PERSONAL DATA WAS INCORRECT.

9.1. EVENTS THAT OCCURE OUTSIDE "TOKS VISOKS" CONTROL, WHICH IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED FORCE MAJEURE, MEANING THAT SELLER IS RELEASED FROM OBLIGATIONS TO FULFILL CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS. EXAMPLE OF SUCH EVENTS, ARE GOVERNMENT ACTION OR OMISSION, NEW OR AMENDED LEGISLATION, CONFLICT, EMBARGO, FIRE OR FLOOD, SABOTAGE, ACCIDENT, WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, STRIKES OR LACK OF DELIVERY FROM SUPPLIERS. THE FORCE MAJEURE ALSO INCLUDES GOVERNMENT DECISIONS THAT AFFECT THE MARKET NEGATIVELY AND PRODUCTS, FOR EXAMPLE, RESTRICTIONS, WARNINGS, BAN, ETC.

 

▶︎ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

IN CASE OF SOLD OUT ITEMS, "TOKS VISOKS" HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND ANY PAYMENT MADE BY THE CUSTOMER. WE WILL NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER OF EQUIVALENT REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS IF AVAILABLE.
